Hey hey,

Almost a month since my last update......A lot of things happened.

So far things are going smooth for me. Exam Results are out. Good. A- A- B+ B B-. No C!!! Hahaha!!! So happy!

That also pulls up my GPA to around 3.15. Reaching 2nd Lower soon! Hang in there!

Went to KL for quarterly at the end of last month as well.....Super shiok...

Took Jetstar to KL for 1st time. Not bad. Quite fast and nice.

Stayed at Impiana Hotel in KL (4 Star Business hotel) not bad too....

Went to KLCC to shop and makan. Eat Pizza Hut, A&W and a lot of yummy food.

Shop around at shops like Nike/Adidas/Sony etc...But price not much cheaper than SG.....So never buy...

But got buy contact lens.....Cheap leh!

Did 3 classes at the quarterly. BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK and BODYPUMP...

Shag and tired. Butt also pain for 3 days after I come back to SG.

But the most frsutrating thing is on my return flight, the flight got delayed by 1 hour....

Me super pissed off.....

Cause I skipped 3 tracks for BODYPUMP to make sure I won't miss the flight.......KNS...

Exams just over last week........Feel very the chui.......Dunno how. Result will be out in 1 month time. Dun worry bah!

Anyway, will start my PA on monday. Good company, good location, good pay$$$$!!!!! Shiok!

This week has been a good break for me. Finish and sorted out things. So good. Hehe

End of this month going KL for quarterly.....A break for myself.

Should I go for RPM course next month? hmmmm....$320 to torture myself....

Crazy Crazy and Crazy wor!!!!!!!
1st....Got my results for last sem. Can make it lah.....Not as beautiful as Poly last time. But Stats can get B+....hahaha!!!! Happy like seow.

Had a New Year Countdown party at friend's place a few days back. Crazy......Drink like mad.....Thanks to someone........(If you saw this....thanks ah!....hehehehe)

Then it was work work and work as the shop is crazily short handed.

Then today when my $$$ comes, I shop like mad. 1st got a new pair of Optic nerve shades from my workplace using my staff benefit. Cause I have work at my current work place for like > 6 months and my hours are high, I get $100 voucher. So the shades cost $109.....So I pay just $9 for this!

Nice boh? Got 4 pair of interchangeable lenses!!!!

Then I bought some BODYPUMP tops from my friends....Like them a lot. Then I got myself a haircut. Now this is how I look....

Then before heading home after my RPM class, I went to NTUC buy tidbits, Ham, bread and some junk food......SHIOK!!!!!!!!

Well.....That was how my day went today!!!

Well, many people also ask me what I hope to achieve this year.......Here's my new year resolution:
1. Improve all my running timings. (Hopefully 10KM under 45min, 15KM under 1:10, 21km under 1:45, 42.195KM at around 4 hour flat.)
2. Start teaching BODYPUMP!!!!! I dun wanna nuah anymore liao.....ENUFF!
3. Do well in school (Get can make it grades, get into a good co. for PA etc)
4. Get CCA activities up and nicely done!

Since my next paper is on monday. So I give myself a day off today. No work, No books!!!!!

Went to gym today and did BODYPUMP and RPM......Feels good......except my bicep....Feel pain there......ouch..

After that, go suntec to collect my race pack for the Singapore Marathon. Haha....NO QUEUE! For those who went on first day and queue damn long.........Haha!!!!

(Lesson: Neve go on 1st day!)

The race pack this year is good. Singlet is better than last year and yes... I wear a XS singlet.....(It is asia fit btw.....I cannot imagine if it is a westerner fit.... Last year I got M and it is just too damn big at the openings......) The gym bag is also nice.

After that, walk around the sports and fitness expo. Go around see see look look. Bought sports bean and Nuun.....Nice stuffs. Also saw a lot of familiar faces and network with a lot of people and companies which I have not deal with before. Saw the Spira shoes (Shoes with Spring!!!!!!) and Polar bottles.....Got a lot of special offer going on as well......But no $$$$!!!!!!!ARGH!!!!!!

Then I go over to paragon to collect my BODYPUMP 64 DVD. View the DVD there as well.......Seow liao lah.....tough release......For those going for the training next month at planet fitness......good luck..

Flu and happenings

Haiz..The flu bug is still on me......If only I can kick it off like how I do a sidekick in combat!

Anyway, today went Microsoft office for meeting. NTU got 3 more MSPs so the team is now stronger!
On top of that, we got some very good news announced today. So yah...quite happy

Recently, I think the sickness and stress is taking a toll on me...........My temper came back....Haiz......
It is definitely one of my main weakness. I did keep it in control for a long time....But recently I unleashed it again........

I think I need a break!!!

But the happy thing is I got a refurbished iPod Mini!!!! 4GB.....I'm a mp3 junkie. So this is nice. Got it at a good price from apple store. Got 1 year warranty somemore! Woohoo!!!

In case u may wonder what S3 means. It means School Starting Soon....(Lame right? Muahahaha...Did u sense the temperature around u dropping? XD)
Next week school will start liao. Timetable quite slack. But problem is...3 days lesson start at 8:30am. Donkey hours siah. Sianz diao. Lucky I stay within walking distance from school. So that give me a good chance to breath in the super early morning fresh air while I take a 20min walk to school. Another good thing is lesson all end early. Latest 4:30pm. So sure can go gym. Hehehe!!!

The internet is more or less down today as the under sea cables in taiwan are damaged due to earthquake. So many sites cannot access. Sianz. Anyway, just now go my orientation friend's house for a gathering. Makan steamboat and teppanyaki. Shiok. Soon. Exam Result will be out. Dunno how will I fare. Keep my fingers crossed. Wish me luck.

This week has been a roller coaster ride........

1st....got back accounts practice assignment...dun know to be happy or sad......哭笑不得....Never do the balance sheet and can still pass the paper......But score badly...haiz.......Got to buck up.....Even tutor also wonder what happen to me.....

Then...got sick on tuesday....damn jia lat flu.....make me miss gym for 2 day.....miss faye's Pump + combat combo at george street.....sianz diao......then cannot work somemore.....But nvm, Stay at home to watch princess hour（宫）.....muahahaha....Haben study yet...muahahaha.....

Got so much better yesterday.....straight away cheong gym after FM lesson.....go for threadmill, swim, jaccuzi and end the day with faye's RPM.....Shiok......Anyway, got back my FM quiz and finish off the presentation...did well....Impressed the tutor and the others....so that was ok.....

Anyway, war time soon.....Will update more soon

NBS DND

Oh my god!!! Our Sharon is the NBS Queen this year. Lireal Rocks! Lireal got the best freshie and the NBS queen title!!!!! Next year stress liao.....hahaha....Like what Fann Wong say: 明年要拿什么奖呢？ Lalala!!! Anyway, today I went to get my hair done at Kimage for the DND just now and the effect was not bad. The stylist trim my hair a little bit and style it using clay. Looks nice....

The DND was held at Maritus Mandarin. The food was not bad. We have a lot of fun and of course lots of photo taking.....Shiok!!! 赚到！！！haha....Now back to tutorials........stress!!!!

Been resting (READ: Slacking) at home for the past 1 and a half months. ATT C ends today. So tonight have to report back to camp liao….sianz…. The days of lousy food at cookhouse, long travelling time and all that….sianz! But what to do? Phew!

Today the "A" Level Results are out. Although I did not take the "A" level, today is a special day for me as it is the start of the new season of scholarship hunting spree. Today's newspaper comes with a scholarship special and I spend the whole morning looking through the papers to shortlist a few potential ones. I am bzing submitting my applications and hope to land myself with one scholarship. This will help me a lot financially for my university education and also help me jumpstart my careeer with the company that offer me a scholarship...

Just return home from camp...now on a two days leave..

shiok.....Last week was stuck in camp due to some shit....Should not elaborate further... Mentioning it makes me boil..

But at least there was a thing that makes my day...That is the medical board...

I was given a perm PES status of C9L2....Shiok!!!!!!

Learning from private instructor.
Learn how to start vehicle from stationary, change gear, brake, U-turn.
Not so ez siah. Me a bit kan cheong sometime. cause vehicle to engine stall a few times. =p
But my u-turn quite ok lah. hehe

Just wake up only....haha!!!
Have a very happy day yesterday...Not just because it is christmas.
Went to church in the morning.....Meet up with old friends like Jason, Andy, Ruth, Carol, Shi Hui, Wai Ling, Kun Chiew etc etc etc
After that went home....But old friends from Secondary School wanna meet up and have a reunion. So we went to Marina South for steamboat to makan...
Meet up with Jian Zhong, Andy, Edmund, Jun Hao and Kwok Cheng.
After that we went to Edmund's house and party by watching TV, Drink beer and play card games....
Went home at around 6am.....So sleep till now...haha!!!!!

Food......and gross encounter

Just go out and buy some food as I will be having a long vacation...so wanna stock up on food to eat whenever I feel hungry at home...
So I bought calbee potato chip, vegetable cracker, meiji chocolates and soya bean milk...
So just now I hapilly open the meiji black chocolate that I bought and break 1 bar to eat, guess what I saw.........
a worm that is crawling on the chocolate.......WTF!!!!!!!!!!
The chocolate consist of 3 segment in a bar and I already eaten 1 segment of it and I saw the worm crawling in between the 2 segment that I was holding on in my hand.......ah!!!!!! I quickly throw away the chocolate and the remainder of it........... GROSS!!!!!!!

This week is quite a shiok week....
Guess what? I'm revocated in army......I'm now a.......STOREMAN!!!!
Shiok siah... Now life is good.....Morning can wake up late, Night can sleep late late...

Life in army should be like that what..
But today I a bit sianz...
Sick again siah... Must be the god damn hot weather.....(29.0 degree c room temperature shown on my thermometer in my room)
Even though I got half day off, once I got out of camp, I quickly go see doctor to get medicine..Reach home only at around 4pm..
Then the more sian thing happen...My Spectacle frame spoil.....SIANZ!!!! Haiz..

Anyway, I have also just received an email from Microsoft that I can download a copy of the Official Version of the Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 for free as I am an official beta tester......Yipee!!!
Just downloaded it, install and created a virtual machine....Now it is on standby....waiting for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2!!!

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon

As mentioned, I did not run in today's standard Chartered Singapore Marathon due to my ankle problem and so today I became a full time runspirator. I went there with Albert who is doing the full marathon and lend him my support. (I should be running with him this year. DAMN!)

We reach there at 6am and I help Albert send his baggage as he need to rush to the start point. After that, I roam around at the end point to take a look. At around 7:30am, the 1st 2 runners came in and guess what, It was VVIP Dr Vivian Balakrishnan and Mr Teo Chee Hean who did the 10KM run. Amazing! They finish the 10KM in 28min+ and 29min+ respectively. Not long later, The 1st few 1/2 marathoners also came in and at around 8:15am, the 1st Male elite full marathoner came in. Amazing.

Then after that, many other runners cross the finishing line and many of them leaves me with very good impression. I am impressed by them and I admire their spirit. There were kids who did 1/2 marathon and there was even blind people doing the half and full marathon. So who says disabled is unabled. But the person I admire most is a guy who runs on basically 1 leg. He has only 1 leg and he finish the half marathon. U can see that 1 of his leg is flesh and bone, while his another leg is just metal pieces. Even though he fall down near the finishing line as someone went pass him too fast, the guy who cause the accident stop and pull him up and he carry on with the race......My goodness. This is what I call sportsmanship...and that's the spirit on the course!!!

Looking at these special people who complete the race of their life, I feel dissappointed...I feel sad that I have to give up this year's marathon. But I tell myself that next year, I will be back seriously and I will make sure it will be the race of my life. But first, let my ankle heal first..OUCH!

This week....MSDN Night and Stan Chart Marathon

This week is quite a happening week. Tuesday's Nights off was great as I attended the MSDN night held in conjunction with the launch of SQL Server 2005 and VS.net 2005 by Microsoft Singapore at Paulaner Brauhaus. It was great. Saw a lot of old faces and new people and have a lot of fun as I drink a few cups of "house brew". (Beer!) Saw people like Gill, Mary from Net Assist, Howard from Microsoft and many others. Have a quick chat with them and it's nice to see them and interact with them at this kind of function where everyone chill and relax. Gill was surprised to see me though.....hahaha!!!

Anyway, the event was hosted by Flying Dutchman from Class 95FM. He was wearing a wig and a doctor's robe....made him look like a wierd professor...hahaha. Took a shot with him upclose. It's below.

Throughout this week, I've been quite troubled about my medical status. My ankle is not getting any better and someone is really trying to squeeze me dry. (As mentioned in my previous entry. He did some things to get things his way. But I retaliate back. I should not elaborate more here as it can be pretty sensitive and I have already settled it.)

Soon, it's friday. This morning, I went to see my Physio for a review. I reach there way early than my scheduled timing. But she still see me anyway. I told her about what I went through this week and she was quite surprised of what I'm going through. Anyway, she did some test for my ankle and found out that my ankle gives out a crack sound when she moves it a little and my ankles are pretty stiff. So she recommend that I go for further tests before she recommend more treatment for me. So I'm going to go for the tests on Monday.

In the evening, we book out very early and I meet up with Albert to collect my marathon race pack at suntec. Actually I'm collecting my race pack with mixed feeling.....I'm collecting a race pack which I have paid for.....but I cannot participate in the run... SAD!!! The race pack is damn good though. It consists of things like a shoe bag, brochures, product samples, number tag, championchip and a blue adidas singlet....The singlet is a Climalite 1...NICE!!!!!! I swear I will make a comeback next year for the run and I will go and support Albert and co this year. I also got 2 packets of pasta at the expo for free and I also bought a pair of ankle guards from Nike for my ankle at the Marathon expo. Then after that I go for a cuppa with Albert and his friend.

Downgrade lor

Guess what? I'm downgraded. I'm just given Temporary PES C9L2 for 3 months for my ankle ligament problem. This come as a complete surprise as I did not expect this. I did not request for downgrade from my specialist @ CGH and I did not ask for it from my MO. But my MO say he has to give me this as my status is hitting quite a long period. So he recommend me to go for temp downgrade to C9L2 for 6 months. But today, the medical board decide to give me 3 months PES C9L2. So I'm taking it and I see this as an opportunity for my ankle to rest. (Unless someone want to squeeze me dry.....)

Because my ankle problem is getting bad, I have also decided to give up on this year's Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. I will go and collect my t-shirt (Since I have paid for it) and I will go and support my friends who are running. (I promise!) I feel dissappointed that I have to miss this run as this is supposed to be my first marathon that I intend to run after Albert (My ex supervisor @ Sony) psycho me for 3 years. I hate to miss it. But I guess it's god's will that I have to miss it......

Hehehe....

Just went Wisma Atria and Marina square to shop....Payday mah......

1st went Wisma Atria to walk around....Makan at Food Republic. The new foodcourt open by the breadtalk guy. The food there is super....although a bit ex. I makan 1 plate of fried kuey tiao. ($6 for medium size 1.....quite large plate) I also ordered 2 dim sum from FORTUNate restaurant. ($6 as well. Very nice also.) I highly recommend that place.

So I went down to Marina Square to get a blazer that I intended to get. But by the time I get there...(9:30pm only) they are closed! (What the......close on 9:30pm on a friday night....what is this...friday night leh...) So I become damn sianz......so I go to Royal Sporting House instead. Overthere I get myself a Nike dri-fit singlet and shorts at 15% off with my SAFRA card. Good deal.....So I'm happy...HAHA!!!!

After that, I go to TS and I bought a VCD that I wanted to get....PS...I Love You...This is only shown on M1 3G and as I'm not using 3G on M1, I cannot see....So sianz. I can only download the ringtone/truetone and Bye Bye Ring Ring.........Haiz.....But now can see it on VCD...So I buy lor.. Haha...

Addon: I just bought a Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 for $35 from Jurong Point. It boast 1000dpi optical sensor. So looks good. Using it on my laptop now. Replacing my Microsoft S+arck mouse with it. Cause the S+arck mouse is disfigured liao.

The weather is damn hot siah.....

Was at sentosa just now....Went to the chalet there. Go there and slack a while with friend and my sister. Then go for a swim at the pool. Enjoyed it. Cool myself down.

Now back home, even with my fan on, the thermometer in my casio digital alarm clock shows 29 degree celcius as my room temperature. Normally it should b around 28 degree celcius or sometimes 27.5 degree celcius. With this kind of weather, no wonder people fall sick.... Thank god that I just recovered.....(I dun wanna be sick again. At least for this week.)

As usual, check out blogs of other i-moders online. Saw a lot of updates. Some interesting ones around..

Today met up with Ji Xiang again and he gek me with his Samsung S410i's bluetooth capbilities.. He pair up his S410i with my Nokia 6021 and navigate through my phone's folder and grab ringtones from my phone. What the.... My goodness. My NEC N600i cannot do that!!!!! ARGH!!!! Sick and tired week

Haiz....I'm resting at home now and missing church as I'm now sick and tired. Last week is a super shag week. We did a 16KM route march at ECP and guess what, I burn 2688kCal for this march that lasted 3 hour plus. Phew! SHAG!!! Along the way, see a lot of secondary school children around doing CIP/excursion. Some of us say hi to us while we walk and this gesture remind us to stay garang to show them that we arre man enuff haha!!!

Wednesday was not so bad. PC was understanding. He cancelled mortar drill to let us have a bit of rest to recover from the 16km route march. But we still have to practise buddy aid and for me, M203 drills and theory test. Manage to get mostly Redcon 2A 2B for most of the drills except for IA which I get redcon 1. I think the live firing helps though. I manage a 24/30 for the theory test also. Not bad.

On thursday, we did mortar drill in the morning and it was good. We get Redcon 1 for all station including the most demanding crash action. We finish it in 1 min 58sec. After the mortar drill, we basically have a rest and something bad happen. I started to fall sick again. Damn! Started to sneeze like siao.......SIANZ! But what to do, still have to go outfield on friday. Otherwise have RT. DAMN! To make matters worse, a heavy downpour sarted in the night when we were sleeping. That make my sickness worse..

On friday went outfield suer early. Was so sick and tired as I did not sleep well. We basically deploy and slack all the way there till 3:30pm. Stupid. The damn CO make us go out for the sake of going out. Then even wanted to screw us for not camouing ourselves. (When he himself also never camou.) He even wanted to make us stay back today to do camou. WTF. Lucky our PC fight for us. Otherwise cham liao. Then at night, we settle our stores etc and then we have to go for CO talk at 9pm. It is wasting our time. I reach home only at 11:30pm because of this. sianz...

Haiz...Another week gone by.

Was so happy for the whole week for buying my new toys....hehehehe

Anyway, was out in the field for 3 days (Tuesday to Thursday) and generally it was enjoyable. There was not much digging, the weather was not hot. So it was good. The only complaint I have was the rain and also the long wating time before we go back to camp.

Anyway, what I am not so happy with in this week is that my newly purchased heart rate monitor watch is not working properly. Just 1 outfield trip is enough to cripple it. What happened? Basically I wonder how water has got in and cause the watch screen to be covered with water vapour. The water also cause the indiglo light, buttons etc to fail. (It has a water resistence rating of 50m btw) So once I book out just now, I go to Jurong point and kick a big fuss at the shop that I purchase the watch from. I demand a one to one exchange and with my skills, I got what I wanted. So now I have a new 1 on hand. So I hope that it will not be a lemon.

Haiz...Feeling sick now...Sianz..

This week quite slack leh. Monday went for my appointment at CGH. Damn it! Me act smart. Took direct bus from camp to CGH instead of taking MRT to simei to take their shuttle service. It rained heavily and I got wet as I have to cross the road. I think I got sick because I was in the air con rooms in CGH right after I was drenched by the rain. "Nice". Anyway, saw the doctor. He analyse my condition and give me excuse SOC for 6 weeks. That is damn nice. So I am now a very happy man. HAHA!!!

For the rest of the week, it was pretty slack. Tuesday go physio, Wednesday do nothing, thursday do nothing, friday report sick. This is how my week is like for this week. Speaking on report sick, I am not so happy with the Medical centre..... This week, I wanna show the MO the specialist letter that I got from CGH on tuesday. But the MO is not around on Tuesday and Wednesday. So I was told to go back on Thursday. But when I go back on Thursday, MO was in a meeting with CO and the big shots in the planning room to plan BME. So was told to go back on Friday. But when I go back on Friday morning, the MO leave or meeting again after seeing just 1 patient. WHAT THE! So end up, we stay there and wait and the 9 DIV MO (Which was previously our unit MO) took over and see us. With this kind of unavilabilty of the MO, how can u expect us not to go outside and see doctor when we are really sick? Haiz.....Sick of this man!

Hohoho!!

Feels good to be back home. Was out of camp at 1:00pm and reach home at around 3pm. A lot of things happened and here's some updates.

I booked in on wednesday night and I reached camp at around 10pm. Slack in bunk till last parade and then sleep. Thursday was a slack day. Reville only at 6am. Then usual routine of makan, draw arms and first parade. Then I go endorse my MC that I got for my ankle. When it was my turn to see the MO, I go in and show the MO the MC. He then ask me about my condition and he seems to be unhappy that I take MC from polyclinic again. Anyway, since he has endorsed it. So case closed.

At night, I went out for nights off. Leave camp at 5:30pm. Damn early....Shiok! Went Long John Silvers to makan then go tampines mall to jalan jalan. At Tampines Mall, saw a roadshow for contact lens. Bausch and Lomb, Johnson and Johnson, AMO complete, Ciba vision and optical 88 all there. Bausch and Lomb got a super promotion going on (Promotion no more liao...today last day).... They are giving away free trial pair of PureVision (www.purevision.com.sg) monthly disposable contact lens. This lens allow more oxygen to reach the cornea and it allow continuous wear up to 30 days. (Sleep with lens ok) Although I've just started on Bausch and Lomb's Softlens 38, I decided to give this a try. So I get the trial pair and I put them on. I was also given a free small bottle of their Renu multi purpose solution and a lens holder. NICE! After that I return to camp and sleep.

Today morning was quite similar to yesterday. Usual stuff. But the turnout is something that almost all people dread. The turnout is at 9am. But I siam it as I go for physio.....hahaha!!! Today's physio was a review of my ankle condition. Afer doing some tests and hearing from me my condition, the physio says that my ankle is still not so ok yet. (Especially my right ankle.) So she is going to put me on another treatment (instead of ultrasound that I am on now) that will relieve the pain in my ankles and I will also be doing more stretches and exercises to strengthen my ankles. So it will start next week.

After the physio, it is slack all the way....Go for lunch and then book out. So now I'm at home, enjoying myself as there is no RT tomolo. (Just hope that there is no activation......=)..... )

Tiring week again!

Went "OUTFIELD" (We go to the field in our camp....Lame right?) for a 3 day exercise. We did a 10KM route march on the 2nd day (Thursday) and it was tiring. The heavier FBO and the speed that my OC go can kill siah. We literally run for some of the distance during the march. Siao one!

Anyway, saturday morning also burn in camp for RT. But ankle is not feeling well. So excused lor. Become stand in COS. Hiak hiak hiak. Then after that go off. While going to go out of camp, Ji Xiang called and tell me he outside camp now. So I lombang him on cab as I'm going to tampines polyclinic to see doc for my ankle prob.

The doctor at the polyclinic give me excuse 1 week physical activity. Hiak hiak hiak!!

During the week, I also went for nights off on the tuesday and I go challenger to see the Ipod Nano. OMG! It is damn bloody slim. No wnder BT san say it is a sin not to have 1. Haiz....Who wanna buy my mp3 player and my discman? Hahaha!!!
